(1) After the decision to provide land according to Rule 6 from the Government of Nepal, the welfare officer shall provide the land owner registration certificate to the concerned free earner.

(2) Sub-rule (1) ) It will also be mentioned in the land owner registration certificate that such land cannot be mortgaged or transferred by any person.
